CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

At Azzero Textiles Pvt. Ltd., we understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed at our warehouse.

  • To request cancellation, please email us at support@azzero.store with your order details.

  • Our Customer Support team will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.

  • Full order cancellations are permitted only if no item in the order has been processed.

  • Partial cancellations (specific product lines within the order) are allowed only if those product lines haven’t been processed.

If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, a refund will be initiated in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Azzero-Initiated Cancellation

In some cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Inventory damage

  • Untraceable items in our warehouse

  • Pricing or technical errors

In such situations, our Customer Support team will notify you of the cancellation and initiate a full refund as per our Refund Policy.

RETURN POLICY

At Azzero Textiles Pvt. Ltd., we maintain a strict No Refund Policy under any circumstances.

Once a purchase is made, the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of the nature of the request — including but not limited to:

  • Order cancellation (customer or Azzero-initiated)

  • Product return or exchange

  • Non-availability of delivery at customer location

  • Product dissatisfaction, delay, or any other reason

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review product details, utilize sample ordering (where available), and ensure accurate shipping information before placing an order.

If you face any issues with your order or delivery, we are always here to support you with resolution or exchange options, as applicable under our Return & Exchange Policy — but monetary refunds will not be provided.
