CANCELLATION OF FRAUDULENT OR BUSINESS LOSS ORDERS

To maintain a secure shopping environment, Azzero Textiles monitors transactions for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any past, present, or future orders in the event of:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Pricing inaccuracies

• Requirement of additional verification
  We may contact you if any part of your order is cancelled or requires further confirmation.

CANCELLATION OF BULK ORDERS

Azzero Textiles may cancel bulk orders at any stage under the following conditions:

• Orders not meant for self-consumption

• Multiple orders of the same item to the same address

• Bulk quantity orders

• Invalid address or suspicious details

• Use of automation or other malpractice

ORDER AMENDMENT POLICY

Customer-Initiated Amendments:

• Allowed only if the order hasn't been processed in the warehouse.

• Contact our support team at orders@azzero.store to initiate changes.

• Full order or line-item cancellation is only accepted if unprocessed.

Azzero-Initiated Cancellations:

We may cancel orders due to:

• Stock unavailability

• Damaged goods

• Lost inventory
  Refunds will be issued per our refund policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

• We will make up to three delivery attempts.

• Failure to reach the customer may result in order cancellation.

• Delays may occur due to weather, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

Note: We do not compensate for mental distress caused by delivery delays.

Shipping & Gift Wrap Charges:

• Charges (inclusive of taxes) are displayed at checkout.

• Refund of these charges depends on refund scenarios.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION & UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azzero Textiles Pvt. Ltd. from any liabilities or expenses arising from your misuse, breach of Terms, or violations of laws.

Report unauthorized transactions within 15 days to orders@azzero.store for investigation.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

• Prices are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Placing items in the cart does not guarantee price or availability.

• M.R.P. may vary across batches and regions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. Products must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Sealed at delivery (unsealed items will not be accepted)

Return requests can be made via our Return Request portal.

Gift Packs are non-returnable.
Customers misusing the return policy may be blacklisted.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Order cancellation (customer or Azzero-initiated)

• Failed delivery

• Lost shipments

• Valid return requests (post-QC approval)

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping/gift wrap charges are refunded only for full order cancellations.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Breach of Terms

• Misuse of the Website

Termination may involve deleting your content or order history. You remain liable for any orders placed prior to termination.
